System Support Analyst

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a recent Bachelor of Computer Information Sciences graduate or have at least 1 years’ experience providing IT/application support. You will have a strong customer focus with previous experience working within the road industry environment.
We would require the following:
Proficiency in the technical skills required to configure, monitor, maintain and support the Fletcher Building’s Roading Application environment.
Strong collaboration with colleagues to deliver a high quality of service to end users.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good phone manner.
High attention to detail, with strong output and presentation.
Knowledge of service management workflow systems such as Asset and Work Manager (RAMM), M5 Machinery Management, M5 Guardian, Guardian Live, Juno Viewer, Juno Intelligence and iCos would be a great advantage
