Data Analyst
We are working with a wide range of health data, population data, and socioeconomic determinants information. Reporting to the BI Manager and working alongside a tight-knit team of analysts, the work is interesting, highly varied, and highly rewarding.
The Data Analysts will be responsible for a variety of reporting and analytical tasks, including preparing payment files, providing analysis on population health, and creating PowerBI Dashboards. Don’t worry, you won’t be doing this all by yourself! Supported by the BI Manager and the wider team, alongside a second data analyst, you will work together to achieve all this and more!
The Role
Create intuitive PowerBI dashboards using pre-built data models
Prepare quarterly reports for stakeholders
Prepare monthly population funding payment files using SQL queries to extract and transform the data
Create ad-hoc reporting on request
About You
Competent with SQL
Self-Starter
Adaptable and resilient
Able to demonstrate a querying and discovery skill set
Able to link and connect things in a health system construct
Comfortable in presenting information orally and in a written form
Passionate in what you do, but most of all able to work collaboratively with internal and external customers
Network Support Coordinator
General Practice Teams are the core of our health system. They are busy and face many challenges. THINK Hauora’s Bureau Services team helps with the challenges liaising with general practice teams (GPTs) to help support with the myriad of day-to-day issues and queries that occur. Each General Practice team is different and unique, so customer service tailored to support the needs of each practice is vital. In this role, no day is ever the same!

Experience in troubleshooting / problem solving in situations involving external teams
