Minimum Skills & Experience
Diploma of Information Technology or similar, or 3 years relevant experience in ICT hardware and software support across common computer platforms.
Excellent customer service skills, friendly and outgoing.
Autonomous, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Enjoys a challenge. Proactive and productive. Works well under pressure.
Advantageous - certifications on hardware repairs for common brands of equipment - especially HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple.
