Full stack developer
Certified Energy exists to support renewable energy development and reduction of emissions from New Zealand's energy system. Certified Energy administers the New Zealand Energy Certificate System (NZECS) – the national system for Energy Attribute Certificates. The NZECS is a cloud-based tracking system that accounts for the sale and transfer of energy attributes from low-carbon and 100% renewable energy production facilities.
We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to contribute to the development of our software platform, as well as our underlying database. You’ll have an autonomous role in a small team, where you will be working close with our CEO and broader team to engage with the business to define the technical requirements, and then deliver on them.
This is a broad role, developing significant new system functionality, as well as improving existing features and developing the user interface. There will also be opportunity for data analysis, interpretation and automation, as our system continues to evolve to support increasing user requirements.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally as a leader in our business – this means you ideally will have successful experience working as a senior member and leader of a team, and may be ready to take the next step as a people leader in the near future.
