In this role, you will ensure the successful ongoing support of IT infrastructure and other related technology. Reporting to the National Technical Manager, this is a full-time position with high levels of accountability.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing, diagnosing, and resolving level 1,2 and 3 requirements within SLA timeframes.
Supporting ICT environments (both virtual and physical), from design through to implementation and support.
Performing a wide variety of installation, configuration, and upgrading workstations, servers, and related hardware and software.
Providing investigation, diagnostic testing, and repair/resolution of system hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Working on new implementation projects if required and being a strong escalation point for the support team.

The successful candidate will have the following:
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional written and verbal English skills and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels in the company.
Be a creative, problem-solver who shows initiative and is proactive.
Experience with Office 365, Azure, Apple, Google, AWS, Cyber Security, and Networking.
