Full-Time Junior Engineer

VRC Computers is seeking a Junior Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our business customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to business clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Set up and configure Azure AD, Office 365 Users, and 3CX Phone Systems.
Deploy hardware, including desktops, laptops, and networking equipment.
Install and configure security software and ensure network security protocols are followed.
Manage and troubleshoot printers and copiers for clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
Document and maintain accurate records of configurations, installations, and support activities.
Must have experience in at least one of the following:
Proven experience in SIT support or a related field.
Knowledge and experience with Azure AD, Office 365, and 3CX Phone Systems.
Ability to set up and troubleshoot networking equipment.
Proficiency in deploying and configuring hardware and software solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
