Cyber Security Analyst
Ensure the DHB can detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents, and implement tooling and systems to continuously improve this capability. You will be flexible in the playing the most appropriate role during incidents, including being able to act as an incident coordinator for security incidents, expert advisor, coordinating with vendors, or carrying out / overseeing forensic activities either directly or under the supervision of an appropriate investigatory authority. This is a fixed term contract for six months until 17 December 2021.
Help desk Level 1 phone support. You need: relevant technical experience with a couple of years working with an IT client in a support role; to hold or maintain a current accreditation on a domain speciality (or be working towards); excellent communication skills.
