IT Services Technician
Reporting to our IT Manager, you will be a part of a small IT team who provides on-site support to our NZ team, and remote support to our UK team. This role is the first point of contact for staff and will provide a high standard of Level 1 support for IT issues and develop and maintain IT service related documentation.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for an IT technician who has the tenacity and resourcefulness to resolve a wide range of technical issues. Although not essential, experience with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, VB.net development and formal ITIL training would be desirable.
Computer related degree or equivalent
Previous work experience in IT and/or customer service
The flexibility to work with a wide range of IT systems and tools
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
The ability to problem-solve and provide solutions to a wide variety of IT issues
An understanding of IT systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
