Tech Happiness Survey 2022

Thanks to all who participated. 44 responses with some surprising insights:

Over half of us have changed jobs in the last 2 years
But 9% of us have been in the same job for 15+ years
People are mostly happy with their work from home vs office balance
25% of us always want to work in an office. The rest prefer a blend of office and home, or fully at home
30% work for remote companies (not based here)
36% have more than one job
