Level 2 Help Desk
As Level 2 Engineer at HybrIT, you’ll be the first escalation point for more complex IT issues, providing swift resolution or further escalation as required in order to deliver a premium support service to our clients.
We’re seeking an individual with prior experience in IT support and a desire to grow in the industry. As an MSP with a focus on Microsoft solutions, our ideal candidate will have;
The ability to show a desire to learn.
Experience with RMM and PSA tools (Datto RMM, Halo PSA, etc)
Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Windows systems (some MacOS experience would be beneficial).
Experience with Microsoft 365 products, including user and mobile device administration.
Experience with networking technologies, such as Switches, Firewalls, and VPNs would be beneficial.
