Change Manager

Based in either our Wellington or Palmerston North office, the Change Manager will create the change management strategy and approach, and coordinate and assist with the delivery and execution of the deliverables of change initiatives to ensure the adoption and embedment of the change across FMG. In doing so, they will partner with Project Managers, key stakeholders, project teams, delivery teams and subject matter experts to provide expertise, guidance and tools, to enable and support the implementation of change management strategies and help employees and managers/leaders to embrace the change. Minimum of five years’ Change Management experience. Prosci certification is essential, along with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
