Security Architect

Reporting to the Head of IT Architecture, this role will be responsible for formalising and implementing Security Architecture principles and standards, to ensure that all FMG systems and Technology services are built in line with those principles, for accessibility, utility and security.

Working closely alongside our Information Security Officer and Manager Security Operations, this role will also provide security architecture expertise in support of FMG's existing applications, as well as delivering enhanced or new solutions that cater for FMG's core business needs

We are looking for someone with –
A relevant tertiary qualification
Proven experience in Security Architecture and designing Cloud native Enterprise Security capabilities
Proficiency in Zero Trust Architecture
Familiarity in Identity and access management.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in relation to security architecture
A positive and enthusiastic attitude; with a never-ending commitment to ensuring FMG's ongoing success

Digital Workplace Specialist

The Digital Workplace Specialist supports the use and the adoption of the productivity and collaboration tools within M365 to ensure FMG can achieve its vision of ensuring “Everyone at the Mutual has its collective knowledge at its finger-tips”. This will include responsibilities including:
Contribute to strategy and best practice approaches for managing FMG’s intranet and semi-structured electronic information;
Work with business units across the Mutual to ensure use and adoption of M365 Teams and the integrity of our intranet is maintained;
Identify opportunities to utilize the M365 tools to provide productivity gains;
Provide expertise and advice to business units on getting the best out of the M365 product suite
Understand your business partners information assets and ensure that best practice is being followed
Provide ongoing training and support to our employees on information and knowledge management practices


To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant business qualification (in information management related subjects is desirable);
Experience in M365 Product Suite – particular emphasis on productivity and collaboration tools
Information Management and Knowledge Management practices
Has appropriate level of awareness of relevant legislation e.g. the Privacy Act, Records Management Act etc;
Excellent and proven stakeholder management, alongside a solutions orientated approach.
