Cloud Engineer
Looking for a Cloud Engineer.
You will need to be pro-active, have strong communication and customer-facing skills and enjoy working within a highly collaborative and team-focused environment to deliver:
Technical design specifications (with acceptance criteria) in close cooperation with architects and estimates workload;
Development of service workload(s) (solutions) to meet business requirements;
Integrating solutions with other workloads, platforms or services
Deployment of solutions between environment
Adopting and applying standards, policies, and procedures during development and in the solutions
Continuous integration and delivery
Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code
Developing standards and patterns
Consultation between teams on cloud technologies.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A tertiary level qualification in an IS discipline
Experience in working in an Agile development environment
Understanding of Cloud concepts – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
Experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure & Networking, EntraID and Cloud Security
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Azure cloud solutions.
Experience with Tools / Applications such as Okta, Cloudflare, Github, Terraform and Ansible
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, and provide expert advice regarding their application
Experience in Office 365 applications and administration.
Knowledge in application development practices.
Senior Automation Test Analyst
Our ideal candidate would be a Test Analyst/Engineer, who is experienced in working as part of a cross-functional delivery team and would be capable of hitting the ground running.
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Keen to make a difference and use test automation to drive efficiency
- An experienced Test Analyst/Engineer with proven knowledge of the modern agile and continuous delivery QA practices, methods, tools and processes supporting the full spectrum of the SDLC with an emphasis on DevOps culture
- Proficient in developing and implementing Manual and Automated tests, with emphasis on Automated tests where applicable
- Proficient in risk-based test approaches to shorten the find-fix-verify feedback loop
- Comfortable working on changes of various size and complexity, including ‘BAU’
- Team player, passionate about leading the continuous improvement of our testing discipline, comfortable with mentoring others
- Experience with Guidewire or the insurance industry would be beneficial
Desired technology skills:
- Automation Tool experience (Such as Cucumber, TestCafe, Selenium etc)
- Expert knowledge of API testing frameworks and tools (REST Assured, Karate, Postman, etc.)
- Confident knowledge of Kotlin/Java
- Experience with API mocking tools
- CI/CD with GitHub actions or TeamCity
