Service Delivery Manager

We are one of the last remaining independent MSSPs in New Zealand. Our Security Operations Centre operates 24x7 and we have a dedicated team of highly skilled cyber-security analysts, engineers and consultants located in Palmerston North and Auckland.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the management and delivery of all services from our Security Operations Team. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that services delivered meet the contracted specifications and expectations established with customers, whilst improving quality and customer satisfaction.

Lead, Manage & Mentor the Security Team
Develop and enhance the strategic relationships with customers
Drive performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
Drive the profitability of the business unit
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are continually being followed, created & improved to continually deliver better levels of experience to our clients
Compile monthly customer service delivery reports
Provide effective tactical and strategic advice, coaching and guidance to staff with a focus on operational delivery
Ensure effective resource management, influence and identify required resources within the Team and wherever possible forecast ahead in a timely manner
Manage and control the contractual scope and Advantage compliance against the scope

Support Centre Tech

The Support Centre Technician handles the initial support request that come in from our clients. They are vital to our Support Operations, ensuring that any request is handled quickly and that our clients are informed of what to expect every step of the way. When help is needed the Support Centre Technician can get help from or escalate issues to other members in the Technical Delivery Team.
