Support Centre Tech

The Support Centre Technician handles the initial support request that come in from our clients. They are vital to our Support Operations, ensuring that any request is handled quickly and that our clients are informed of what to expect every step of the way.

When help is needed the Support Centre Technician can get help from or escalate issues to other members in the Technical Delivery Team.

Skills and attributes (desired)

• An understanding of support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide services

Skills and attributes (nice to have)
• Experience using a Ticketing system / RMM Tool and PSA software

• Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc

Senior Systems Engineer

provide a high standard of remote, onsite, telephone and email support to clients, by providing service excellence in every engagement and acting as the escalation point for the level 1 & 2 support team. You will be responsible for solving complex business wide IT networking and infrastructure issues for our 1500 plus user portfolio.

In addition, we have a large pipeline of project work which you will work with clients to scope, deliver and manage. We expect all senior engineers to be involved in a degree of pre-sales work and be actively involved in the development of roadmaps for your your assigned customers to assist them on their technology journey.

Skills and attributes

- 4 years' experience in providing ICT engineering support and project delivery services to SMB/Corporate organisations at a Tier 3 technical level

- Proven experience with server and desktop equipment, operating systems, business applications, and printing systems
- Sound WAN and LAN networking and general IT infrastructure knowledge
- Advanced technical experience working with VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and Azure platforms
- Full NZ driver’s license

Technical Consultant MSP

We are seeking a Technology Consultant who will be responsible for MSP Business building strong long-term client relationships by providing technology guidance that aligns with the client’s business strategy and their overall business processes. The Technology Consultant will will be responsible for IT strategy development, IT solutions discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

Technical Consultant (MSP) Requirements:
3 years working in a similar role for a Managed Service Provider
Hands on technical background preferred
Must be familiar with technologies such as O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, Windows Servers
Recommending new technologies and hardware and software solutions to clients.
Proven customer service and problem-solving skills, working directly with clients.
You are great with process and receptive to new ideas and new ways of doing work.
You are service-oriented and collaborative with the ability to develop and build strong relationships.
You are comfortable working with C-suite executives in a consultative fashion
